Getting Canada passport size photos in USA

Hello Everyone,

I have recently received request to send passport and 2 passport size photos for visa stamping. I have heard from many people that Walgreens/Walmart/CVS photos will not work. I am confused where to get my photos clicked in USA. Can someone help me with this.

Also, what is the timeline to send and receive passport in USA ?

Your best bet is to find a local photo studio with experience in Canadian passport photos. They usually advertise it on their websites. Search google maps for "photo studio" and find some of the most popular ones in your area and check their websites or call them.
Timeline seems to vary and definitely also depends on where you send your passport. CPC-Ottawa seems to take 1-3 weeks, NYC VAC slightly longer.
