Happy New Year
I applied through Fast Track in October 2009, and was guided by my colleague who had applied several months before me. She had received her original docs back in less than two months. Expecting the same to happen I submitted original degrees, birth certificates and other documents of whole family (as required) in April 2010. Now I am facing difficulties due to no having original docs. I have sent request twice to CI through "case specific inquires" "web message service" but have received no response. Could any of the colleagues here kindly guide me that how can I get the original documents back. Thanks
