Getting a work permit at the US border - Questions

My wife just received a positive lmo for a new company. She currently has a work permit tied to her old employer and a multiple entry visa which will both expire in August.

What does she need to bring to the border in order to get her new work permit for the new company? Will she also get a new visa extension as well? Anything else I need to know? We have never done this before.

Contact CBSA for service to people with valid visa. Or contact CIC. Not really sure she could go there for the POE service.
