Getting a Visitor VISA

Hi,
I am here to ask from Seniors about getting a Visitor VISA. How hard is it to get Canada's Visitor Visa and how long does it take? What are the chances of getting it. My Uncle is living in Canada so I do have some one to whom I can visit.

I am from Pakistan so I need complete details

I was diagnosed with Inactive TB in 2007 and subsequently I underwent treatment for a period of 12 months. After that a regular checkup was done in intervals of 6 months. During the treatment check ups were done every 3 months as per norms.
I underwent a 4 way therapy and end result was that my TB was no where to be seen. Cured!

Now that its been over with and my last xray was a month ago which was negative as well, i am applying for a a visitor visa to Canada to visit my family.

Would my history of TB become an hinderance in obtaining a visa.

Please help, its urgent.
