Please help me

Hi,
I am currently working in Canada based on my post graduate work permit. I am a PNP Ontario and I have applied for PR recently. I am getting married in two weeks and my fiance is back home. First,Can I add him to my PR application while he is outside of Canada? And My other wondering is, can he apply for a temporary visa based on my work permit during the PR process?

I really appreciate your help

This is covered in the FAQ on the CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/faq/work/index.asp

If you are working in a NOC O, A or B position and have a work permit for 6 months or longer, your spouse would qualify for an open work permit.
