My wife and I were married here in Canada in February while she was on a TRV. We've been having a difficult time obtaining her birth certificate from Thailand and have decided that it would be best for her to return to Thailand to organize her paperwork and apply for PR from over there. However, we would like for her to be able to return to Canada after four months and wait for the process to be completed.
Do you see any difficulty in her being able to obtain another visa to re-enter Canada?
Is a tourist visa the one that she should apply for?
Any help and feedback is greatly appreciated.
