Getting a temporary contract while waiting ppr

Hello every body, please i have a question:
In case i am waiting for ppr, living outside canada and get a temporary contract in canada for 2 years , is it possible to include it in my application and if yes, is it a good thing to make the treatment of my applicatiin more faster

No need to include it except notify them of the change in location, so that PPR will be sent from appropriate Visa office (ex. Ottawa instead of your home country). This office may be faster than your home country office, but the transfer of your file may also take some time.
