Hello all. I just arrived to Vancouver without a job offer a few days ago. I picked BC because their PNP seems like the best and the easiest way to obtain a PNP if one is a semi skilled worker because it is literally possible to obtain it from numerous professions where one can easily work without any experience.
Now, it may look that way on the surface but is it really so?

First question I have, if I stay in Vancouver, will I meet the minimum income requirements? It is $21 282 for metro Vancouver. By doing some simple math, I figure yeah, I would meet the minimum income requirements, just curious if I did it right. 40 hours work week x 10.25 which is the minimum wage amounts to $410 a week. That x 52 weeks a year amounts to $21320. Did I get that all right?

Second question is, do employers in Metro Vancouver, for fastfood and coffee chains for example, tend to help with pnp? I suppose it's very easy for them to fill those positions so do they even bother? Would I have a better chance outside of Metro Vancouver?

Last question is, is BC the best province for pnp? Alberta seems okay but it requires like a 3 year experience from back home which I don't have. I do suppose getting an LMO there might be easier though.

Thanks all.
