Hi, I'm a post grad student currently working from home with a Telecommunications Contractor. My post grad 1 yr work permit is going to expire the end of January 2013 and I'm trying to get another job that will provide me with a LMO to get my permit extended, I've had no luck so far as no company advertises whether they have a LMO or not. I recently got a job offer but the employer doesn't have a LMO and doesn't know how to get one to give me but is willing to go through the process to get it for me. Can you please tell me how this process works. Thank you.

There are special considerations for employers who are applying for an LMO for a foreign worker who currently holds a PGWP. This makes it easier to apply for an LMO -
