Hello

I will like to know if it is really possible to get a job in Canada for a foreign worker? I've hired a company that specializes in recruitment in Canada and the offer a guarantee that they are able to get a job offer in a year period.

What is a better option to try to get a job offer or opening a business? I will think that based on the requirements for getting a work visa, in my opinion, opening could be a better option... Is that correct?

I am afraid every day things are getting complicated in order to legally immigrate to Canada.

I am not in the express entry pool, nevertheless, I know someone that is in the pool has a great professional background and haven't get a job offer neither.

Thanks for your advice,

Be careful about hiring a company to find a job for you - especially if they give you a guarantee or ask for money in exchange for their services. Too many are scams.

Opening a business in Canada doesn't qualify you for a work permit - and doesn't qualify you to move to or live in Canada. If you want to immigrate through opening a business, you would need to look into an immigration program like the Start Up Visa (BEFORE opening or buying any business in Canada).
