I need your help

I applied for temporary resident visa of canada twice 6 months ago and it was refused cause officer was not satisfied i will leave canada at end of my stay. I have now work offer and i want to know if i apply for work permit, will it be refused due to the previous refusals? and what i have to do to improve my situation

Sorry to say that, but officers are free to give any decision they deem appropriate, and there is nothing you can do, other then re-apply later.

You can always take your chances and apply. Though unfortunately, success is never guaranteed.

To 'improve you situation', you need to show residential ties to your home country,

i.e.: family ties, bank account, real estate property, maybe some other things you can think of. You can simply attach all relevant documents to your application. + attach any post high school education diplomas you may have, that usually supports your work permit application.
