My partner and I are getting married in September. We plan to get our application in by October (maybe that's too ambitious but we'll see
). I am currently in Canada on a study permit. My question is, should I apply to get my UK and Canadian police certificate now (June) so we get it in good time, or does it have to be dated from after the marriage happens? Thanks so much!
