Hi seniors

I and my agent are about to make the covering letter for my application.

Only cause of concern is points from my Masters Diploma.

my post B.Com, 2yrs Masters Diploma is from SIMS, Pune, Distance learning, year 2000.

SIMS is a constituent of "Symbiosis Int'l Deemed Uni. "

- How should i put up my case, in order to get 2 crucial points ?
- In which scenario can they accept my profile at 65 points as well?

NOC 0111 is out now.
7 days remaining in 120 days submission period.

All docs are ready to be launched

Hope I get 2 pts from my diploma, then only my count will reach 67.

Ur suggestions will prove to be life-savers for my file.

Dear Anil,

Distance learning could be not eligible for claiming points in education. Please check the CIC web site and carefully read about education factor. Only full time study or equivalent can be accepted for claiming points.

Distance learning marks will calculate if your education equallant to 15 hrs in a weeks means 3 hours in a day.
then you will gain the point.

Points are awarded for earned educational credentials as well as the number of years of full‑time studies or full‑time equivalent studies. To be awarded points, you must meet both stated criteria.

Full‑time studies: At least 15 hours of instruction per week during the academic year. This includes any period of workplace training that forms part of the course.

Full‑time equivalent studies: If you completed a program of study on a part‑time or accelerated basis, count the length of time it would have taken to complete the program on a full‑time basis.

Use the chart below to determine your points. If you have not completed the number of years of study that correspond to your highest educational credential, award yourself points based on the number of years of study.

Example 1: If you have a Master’s degree but have completed only 16 years of full‑time study, award yourself 22 points.
Example 2: If you have a four‑year Bachelor’s degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points.

- Please put as many docs to prove your education as you can like transcripts, degree, credit scores, any recommendation
The VO is supposed to use his local knowlege to impart points for education specially in case of part time studies. There is lot that depends on VO in your case

-In no scenario your application will be approved with 65 points
