I'm a British Citizen, with GCSE (you leave school at 16 in England and if you pass will have GCSEs) & A-Level qualifications (I stayed on to do college from 16years - 18years and gained A-Levels).

What is the Canadian equivalent on the application in the 'Education/ Occupation detail' area, the choices are:
- None
- Secondary or less
- Trade Apprenticeship certificate/ diploma
- Non-University Apprenticeship/ diploma
- Post secondary - no degree
Then all the rest are in relation to University so not applicable.

Which one would equate to English A-Levels?

Thank you

A-levels go around a year past Canadian high school level but not enough to qualify for a higher education diploma or certification; some universities and colleges in Canada give first-year credit for some A-levels but not always. Based on that, I believe it would be equivalent to Secondary.
