Hello all,

We're applying for common-law sponsorship, and we noticed that the form says family class (which if you look at the CIC definitions say that that is outland) but we're living in Canada. What option do we check?

IMM0008 is generic regardless of Inland vs Outland. Note that just because you are living in Canada, you can apply as either Inland or Outland. If (I am assuming), you wish to apply 'Inland' you do this by how you answer a question on the checklist. See here:
