Does anyone got 10 barcodes after validating their forms! I completed the generic forms under live-in caregiver and I did not included any dependant because I am single. I was thinking this is the reason why I got 8 barcodes on page 4 of 5 where the space for dependant supposed to be and I got 2 barcodes of page 5 of 5 on top of the page where you sign name and date. please help me.
After printing the forms with barcodes in an INK PRINTER, Is it alright to photocopy it or xerox it to a LAZER PRINTER? the guidelines said LAZER PRINTER is recommended. I am thinking to photocopy it to a lazer printer before I will sign and put date on it but I am not sure if the iImmigration will accept it. It might create trouble to read the barcodes of their machine(this is just my speculation).I hope someone will give me clarification on this matter. Thanks
