Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] questions, help !!!!

Can i ask a question here for the Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]:

I am confused about the dependent part. Should i include my boy who was born in Canada in the form as the dependent part? My whole family plus i sponsor my mom which will be 4 totally. IF i write 4 in the NO3. Then nothing at dependent part, it will not validate my form. I tried to follow the instruction which saying not included the members are Canadian citizenship already. Then what is the number is should put for No 3? I am so confused..... :Thank you........

You include only those BEING SPONSORED.

From what you've said, you are going to sponsor your mother. Parent sponsorship has closed and will reopen in January 2016.

I know it is closed for now.But can i still submit the application which will be just wait? Or i have to wait until 2016 jan to submit it?

For theIMM 0008 form, the Number 3 for how many family members, including you, are in this application, then i should just put 2 right? just me and my mom. Right?

You cannot submit an application until the program reopens. If you send it now, CIC will return it.

Again, only those BEING SPONSORED are included in question 3. You are not being sponsored and are therefore not included.
