1. What did you place in Question #7 (CSQ)? Do I have to place not applicable?

1. On Question #10(Current country of residence), what did you put in the from and to date fields?
2. On Question #11, if I visited Canada as a tourist, I have to put in the information on the date I departured Canada and the airport right?

Suggest you fill this out on a computer if possible, it will grey out boxes that are not applicable as you go through.

1. Only applicable if you selected Quebec in Q6.

I just got confused when reading the guide as from the way I understand, I should write the from teh day I was born and up to present date. Though I filled out using a computer. Thanks for the help.
