Question: How can the Canadian government stop people from living in a different province once you get your PR card through a Provincial Nominee program? Are these PR card any different from someone who went through the Skilled Worker programme?
Are General Skilled Workers allowed to look for job in Quebec once they land somewhere else in Canada?
Also, many people tell failed applicants in the General Skilled Worker program to try and do it though the Provincial Nominee Program because it may be easier. I have been reading each Provincial program and they do not seem to be any easier than the Skilled worker route. In fact, they may be more difficult because most of them ask you to have an offer of employment or already experience or education in Canada.
Can anyone else share their thought on this?
I am just curious about it.
