General Query for Spouse's Education

Dear All,
If we want claim spouse's education points under EE then is it compulsory that degree should be assessment from assessing body?
Furthermore, I am main applicant in my application. I want also claim education's point of my spouse's education. She is doctor whether educational certificate (degree) be assessed by the assessing body (Medical Council of Canada) specially meant for doctor degree or WES is ok.
Moreover, my spouse who is a doctor will not do a job in same field after reaching Canada.

Yes, she would have to get her degree assessed by appropriate licensing body (Medical Council of Canada -MCC) before you can claim points for her education.
