Geeting an IT support job in canada

I am a 26 year old kenyan lady,university degree graduate with 2 years experience in user support.
I would love to get an IT support or user experience job in Toronto and immigrate to Canada. What is the most efficient way to make this happen?
I do not have any family or relatives in canada

There are no jobs or employers on this forum and is almost impossible to find an employer to offer a job to anyone outside of Canada. Nothing to stop you looking at job sites such as indeed or LinkedIn though but you should also do some research on the immigration programs to see if you qualify
