Have anyone of you successfully received the GCMS notes for permanent residence (NOT CLIENT ID notes) without having the AOR?

I paid the $5 bucks back in august and asked for GCMS. Only had client ID. Received notes from CIO about my PR file. Wasnt useful.

They have mentioned anything about your file in GCMC note? Any kind of confirmation like they have received you file or something like that? And how much time it will take to get GCMC note after you apply? IT says 1 month on website.

R u sure that you received GCMS regarding your PR file, and it is not your client ID file showing all of your previous applications (study permit, work permit, TRV, and so on)?

Earlier, you could apply for GCMS notes with just client ID, and file number (AoR) wasn't compulsory. Now, file number is a required field to apply for GCMS notes. So, in other words, one cannot even apply for GCMS notes without AoR! Ridiculous!
