Gcms visa officer says satisfied

Hello,i requested for my gcms notes after waiting for my study visa after a year,i receieved the notes and it says "satisfied applicant is a bonafide student.Satisfied applicant will leave canada at the end of study period." Does that mean i will get my visa?

That's definitely a good sign. But did you say you have been waiting for a year ? That seems unusually long time. Did you send them webform ?

I have been waiting since March 2020 for my study permit too. Should I also request gcms notes? How did you go about requesting yours?
