I received my GCMS notes today. So, it appears that my background check (criminality etc) is complete. However, I see two different things in my file.
It says :
Knowledge - passed
Language - passed
Prohibitions - not started
Residency - in progress
However, later on in the pages,
Prohibitions - completed Nov 18, 2018
Which one is the right one? Have they not started it or have they completed it? Inviting the senior members like @dpenabill to discuss . Thanks
P.S # I called the call center today and the agent confirmed me that background check has been passed and that residency is still in progress and prohibition hasn't started yet. I don't know why it mentioned that it was completed in Nov 2018.
