Please, what's the estimated time to get access and receive the GCMS notes?
I hired a lawayer to do this for me, since I'm outside Canada, and in a process that I was explained it will last a little over a month, it's been over 2 months now.
Is this standard? Thanx in advance.

Ask your lawyer - you've hired them for a reason!

Technically, anything over 30 days and the IRCC must inform your lawyer that there will be a processing delay. As long as they've notified you, it can continue to take longer than 30 days.
