GCMS notes say "Eligibility Corresponse" sent, but nothing received.

So I ordered my GCMS notes and I got them today. It looks like the notes say Criminality hasn't started, but it also says my application is RFV (Ready For Visa). The thing that stood out the most though is that on the correspondence section I see the following:

Request To Issue: Letter
Document Type: Eligibility Passed
Status: Sent
Status Updated Date: 06/20/2013
Via: BLANK
Via Details: BLANK

I have not received my request for passport and my online status was flipped to DM this Tuesday.

What's even more weird though, is that in all the other correspondence types, the Via field has email and Via details has the email address which the above section doesn't.

All correspondence goes to my lawyers and they say they haven't received my passport request yet. After looking at the above, I am worried that they did receive my passport request but did not notify me on time. Further, now its too late because it is beyond the 1 month window of when I can send my passport to CIC for stamping.

Can anyone advise me on what to do please?

Definitely email CIC and ask. Tell them that you eCAS says DM but you haven't received PPR. A few people get DM first and then PPR in the next couple of days.
