GCMS notes S.15(1) what does this mean

Can someone please help me understand why do some pages on my GCMS notes have S.15(1) on the right side top corner? What does it mean?
Is it Security Screening?
There is no mention of security screening anywhere on the notes.

Under Assessments section
Eligibility - Passed
Security - (Blank)
Criminality - Not Started
Medical - Passed
Info Sharing - Complete

I think it is security screening. I have the same on my notes.

I checked with few contacts who got notes after ip2 but before PPR and all of them have the security as blank with s15(1) on pages that carry any security activity. One person had security blank even after application was approved.

My conclusion (assumption)
security once under process or even after completion is left blank instead of marked as passed or in progress and the pages with security carry the s15(1) on top right side corner. Unless specifically mentioned as security screening, the file isn't undergoing the same.

I applied for GCMS notes in November and once in Dec. I received my latest notes just today. When I noticed one major difference. In the first notes , my security was "not started" and i saw s.15(1) in the top corner of second page - where you see status of assessments. In the second notes, my security is still "not started" but I found that s.15(1) was removed from from top corner and not seen in any other pages as well.
Does anyone know what this means? is my security moving forward or is it moving backwards lol? Any ideas?

I am 6 April 2018 FSW -O ,VO-Ottawa applicant from India and Eligibility,Criminality,Infosharing ,Security etc was fully passed on 18 May 18

But my spouse back ground checks which are delaying our case as per recent Gcms notes
My spouse Security is ongoing (started on 18 Sept 18) ,(3 Activities are blank 12,13 14 before security activity no-15 is security) and s(15)1 on top of page???,criminality -Not started
Info sharing -completed on 18 sept 18(it took 4 months to clear bcoz of Usa visitor visa refusal )
There is s(16) on case analyst page also but eligibility was passed by final officer and intreon officers

My question is that does it looks like my spouse is in Security screening or it is normal to have 3 blank activities and s(15)1
How can one know that he is in Security screening??.

I just received a golden email on October 25th.
