GCMS Notes Received

My application was refused last Aug 22, 2017. Grounds for refusal:

• Travel History
• Immig Status in COR
• Personal and Financial Assets
• POV
• Current Employment Situation

But when I received the GCMS notes it doesn't correspond with above grounds. I am confused which one to follow. The notes or the grounds for refusal?

GCMS notes: Modest income. Temp status in home country. Limited Travel. Am not satisfied that pa's ties to home country are sufficient to compel pa to leave Canada. Refused

Here is my case:

• My family is Canada PR/Citizen
• My COR is different from my COC
  
• I am in common-law rel status
• Submitted everything I have including JOINT Residential Contract with my CL partner however it is not detailed.
• In 10 yrs I have a lot of travels in Asia but not EU, AU and US.
• Currently employed and my contract will expire next year Dec 2018.
• I have Stock Certs, Life Ins in COC and a Car in COR

In a few days, I will reapply as I have enough time and already bought RT tickets (December-Jan).

I have some questions:

1. Which one will I address? Grounds for refusal or the GCMS notes? I am confused...
2. Can I address the Visa Officer directly since I know who created and updated my TRV application.
3. Can I tell the VO that I have limited travel since I have a modest income and saving to visit my family.
4. Can I present SOA of our Joint Condiminium Contract to show how much we already paid. (10k CAD)
5. Can I say that I have no properties except the one stated above for I am still starting to build it.

It corresponds, just worded differently.

Both are the same.

1. Can I address the Visa Officer directly since I know who created and updated my TRV application.

You can try, but there is no guarantee that you will get assessed by the same agent.

1. Can I tell the VO that I have limited travel since I have a modest income and saving to visit my family.

You can, but I think that the officer already knows that.

1. Can I present SOA of our Joint Condiminium Contract to show how much we already paid. (10k CAD)

10K is not significant. You can try.

1. Can I say that I have no properties except the one stated above for I am still starting to build it.

Yet again, you can, but future plans are not an argument.
