GCMS NOTES: PAPER FILE LOCATION:OFFICER-FOR ACTION.. what action???

Hello,

I want to share my own GCMS notes under PAPER FILE . as it 31/12/2012, PAPER FILE Location reads : OFFICER-FOR ACTION,
Also My application assignment due date reads: 2013/01/15 . But havent received any response since then..

This is june 9th 2013 . Havent received any response from them so far.

Can someone explain :My File Location reads : OFFICER-FOR ACTION, for me please in details . I need help please.
