I gather that GCMS notes can be requested and are provided in relation to a specific application only.
On the other hand, it's quite clear that there are GCMS notes/information on the overall/personal file of an individual.
Because, for example, in the GCMS notes for one of my application(s) which I withdrew via CSE, there was no mention whatsoever of the fact that I asked for withdrawal despite the fact that an agent replied to my CSE saying "a note has been added to your file to inform ..... of your request to withdraw.... ".
Any idea if/how can one retrieve the GCMS info on one's file, not tied to a specific application? Any thoughts?
