GCMS Notes--Not Received- More than 30 days..

I am an October applicant ....applied for the GCMS notes on May 23rd...I haven't got anything until today...worried...XX

Anyone who applied recently got the notes?

Immi - thanks for starting this topic. I thought i was the only one not getting my GCMS. I applied for one on 17th May...nothing so far.

Spooky who did you email to send your GCMS? And what info would you have to include, the tracking number (sent in the auto response?). grateful for your response.

I applied on December 04 2012 and I haven't revived until march 2013

One of my friend suggested me to reply to same email confirmation which I received on dec 04,,

As a reference I have even attached the my initial email in march ..

The the responded in exactly after 1 week and I received the GCMS around march last week.

Wait...are you sure you simply hit 'reply' button to the atip sent confirmation email? I guess you can't reply as it has that 'no-reply' prefix, which means emails to that address wont go anywhere.

So is there some other email address for atip?

There is an email address in the confirmation they send you. Just send an email to that address with your tracking number. I had applied for mine on may 15. Didn't get anything and sent them an email on June 21st. They replied yesterday and sent the notes on the same day.

I have applied through email as there was no online request when I applied.


The following is the confirmation email I received .... I just replied to it and explained that I haven't received GCMS notes.... I did attach all the initial attachments in the reply email

Thanks to those you responded. I did send an email enquiring the same...( it is less than a week)..will wait for a week,,,

I got only a temp tracking no for GCMS note....Is that a problem? When Will i be getting apermenant tracking number?

Just tell them the temp tracking number. You will not receive the other tracking number until you get your notes.

Guys same here! Applied on 3rd June... nothing is here yet!!! Hopefully its here by tonight or else will email them tom!!!

Yea. I emailed them few days back. I requested for ATIP on 21st May. Was expecting something in mail on 21st June. Nothing! Then emailed atip about it...Still nothing!

Not sure what's going on.
