GCMS notes; much ado about nothing in my case

Applied for GCMS notes on October 2021, and just received them
Anyways I didnt find them useful in my situation
It didnt mention anything about illegal work or overstaying SP
The only thing i understood was Compliance verification :Required

This indicates they are verifying whether you were in compliance with the terms of your study permit and whether you therefore qualify for restoration under the public policy. It basically means they think there is a problem. To be honest, given you stopped attending school in Jan 2019, I think it will take a miracle for you to get an approval. Assuming IRCC follows their own rules and regulations, you fell out of status in 2019 and do not qualify under the public policy. Miracles sometimes happen. But you should be prepared for refusal and an order to leave Canada. That is the most likely outcome here.
