GCMS notes interpretation needed for Medical section

I have got my GCMS today. In the medical section, it has following information

Type: Medical
Status: Sent
IME#: XXXXXXXXX
IME Status: Not Started
Reason for Closure: Recieved in eMed
MOF Rationale Exists: No

Can someone interpret what's the meaning of each field? Or may be guess

Have already posted this in few existing threads but did not get any response so starting a new one(hoping someone may respond)

if you have been confirmed by your doctor's office that medical results have been sent and no further tests was asked for you,then what else you need to know.
be patient please you are a FEB applicant and already got medical request and have it done so be fortunate for the stage at which you are standing now.few applicants from November are still waiting for medical request and they didn't heared anything from cpp-ottawa since their AOR.
if you are in rush to become a permanent resident,everyone here is and to me its a common sense thing to get in line and wait for your turn.

I understood what you said(and kind of already knew) but I am specifically looking for the meaning of these fields, in case someone knows.

Status: Sent MEANS they have already sent you medical request
IME#: XXXXXXXXX MEANS your medical file number
IME Status: Not Started MEANS result have not been uploaded by a visa office yet
Reason for Closure: Recieved in eMed MEANS its done through e-medical
MOF Rationale Exists: No this one i am not sure about,sorry
