GCMS notes!! How to read them????

I got my GCMS notes today and all i got is a copy of all my application. It doesn't say anywhere at what stage my file is. Did i do something wrong when filling out the online request form.

By email and i applied May 29 and recieved this morning.

The reason is you got your Case Files (Physical ones), you need to order again and when you select type of file, select Electronic files which will give you all the details you may be interested in.
