Hi Seniors,
Here is my timeline:
application received at the end of July, 2014
haven't heard anything so far (no MR, no additional doc request, nothing...)
So I ordered GCMS notes a month ago and here is what I've got.
APPLICATION:XXX REGULATION:CEC-2013 I have analyzed this application based upon the documents submitted by the application and the information contained in the file and make the following recommendation. ACTION ITEMS: GENERAL RESULTS: MEDICAL NOT STARTED FOR ALL APPLICANTS. FOSS/GCMS check: - No adverse info. Principal applicant currently holds valid status in Canada. CIVIL STATUS: PA never married – No Spouse or Common –Law declared –PA Copy of passport on File: Yes. WORK EXPERIENCE: CEC qualifying period is: from 16JUN2011 to 15JUN2014 Dates of authorized work experience – within “Qualifying Period' – in a skill level 0, A or B occupation: 04SEPT2012 TO 04SEPT2015 Category of work permit: PGWP post-secondary studies in Canada: University According to schedule 8: Work Experience1: 04FEB2013 TO 10FEB2014, NOC: 4163 selected. Full time Research Analyst. Employment letter dated 04JUN2014 confirms date of employment, position title and a salary of $47K PER ANNUM A T4 from 2013 shows reported earnings of $43K. A NOA from 2013 shows reported earnings of $43K. There appears to be insufficient evidence to confirm work experience in stated NOC. Web-based search conducted – Online information verified. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Based on documents submitted, it appears that PA has acquired 1 year work experience and appears to meet employment requirements. MEDICAL NOT STARTED FOR ALL APPLICANTS RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER
My understanding of the concerns that might be raised by the first reviewer (apparently the case has been transferred to the second reviewer):
1. qualifying work experience is just over a year (04FEB2013 TO 10FEB2014) and 2013 T4 doesn't exactly match my annal salary.
2. job duties listed in the employment letter might be too generic (?).
3. I had another job right after the one listed above. But neither did it has the same NOC code nor did it last for a year. But I guess it didn't really count into the qualifying work experience because I don't see the reviewer mentioned it.
Here is what I'm planning to do:
1. send 2014 T4s of both old and new jobs in 2014, since I have both anyway.
2. send a revised employment letter with more details about my job duties.
3. send a revised employment letter of my second job to update the employment date (I left the firm last year). I guess I have to do it because it's reflected in my T4 2014.
Questions:
1. should I send additional doc without request from CIC or just wait and do nothing?
1. If it's better to send the doc, is there anything else that I should send?
2. where should I Email the doc?
Thanks a lot!
