My eligibility changed from review required in my first gcms note to recommend interview in my second gcms note. I also noticed there is an ongoing verification under application security activities, that was not in my first note I have no idea what the verification is about. Kindly help out.

So you applied just before changes to funds required and attestation letter needed so maybe IRCC wants to make sure you can afford to study in Canada, and are genuine (not going to claim asylum upon entry).
