GCMS Doubt

Hi all.

I received GCMS notes and it says application is approved and officer mentioned "request for passport".
I didnt get any PPR mail/message in CIC account. I am PNP-O.
My 6 months processing time is completed.

Is there any field to check if they have sent PPR in GCMS notes?
Please let me know.
I cannot even call CIC to check my status

I have COPR section in GCMS Notes.
Says
Status: Not Started.

A lot of people have reported that the PPR mail ended up in their spam/junk folder. Did you check your spam/junk folder?

Yes, I did.
Also there is no update in my CIC account.
