Program assistant can't pass criminality. He can only recommend it passed. It will be finally passed by an agent.

yes my concern is if he recommended pass in picture 2 why he didn’t make the same comment in pic 3 even though I have all NRTs but still criminality is in progress @legalfalcon

The review required is for 'statutory question' not for criminality. He mentioned NRT on all police certificates.

My criminality in progress and if you see second image u see that program assistant passed me. However, he mentioned entered in error and made another note (link 3) where he has not mentioned criminality passed.

Now my question is RCMP , pakistani and uae PCC all showed NRT's. why criminality still isnt passed yet?
I don't see any concerns. If you are in Canada or lived in Canada for more than 6 months, and submitted RCMP PCC with your e-APR, then the criminality may stay in progress for a longer time as compared to applicants who are not subject to RCMP PCC requirement. This is because as per the instruction, you have to submit the RCMP PCC when asked. If you submit it before, then it will be screened when your security starts.

As regards the note entered in error is the one for eligibility, and general FOSS and GCMS checks, not for criminality / BGC. See your R10 note, that lists your PCCs, for the purposes of criminality.

No need to worry yet, soon you will see progress.

Yes they have, they did RCMP screening and did not find anything thus wrote NRT (No Reportable Trace).

Regarding notes entered in error, I have same in my GCMS notes and I passed my criminality without any problem. Actually like me you may have answered "yes" to the statutory questions regarding previous visa refusal. In this case program assistant must notify that to the Case Analyst who would review or if the matter is more complex will refer to the senior Visa Officer. Program assistant mistakenly did not enter "review required-stat question" in your first note which is part of the background check thus he had to cancel this note and enter again with the recommendation.

Please read the Case analyst's notes. This is very important. If Case analyst did not mention anything about it and recommended pass/met then most likely he/she already reviewed it and found you are eligible. Check A11.2, R75, R76 and Activity where find "EE SELECTION ECON". If it is Met/Recommend passed then you are almost safe. From your assessment in Page 2, I can see Eligibility is Met. It is matter of time now, once your file comes in front of the queue your file will be approved unless they put you in security screening.

Good Luck!

IRCC instructions state:
If you live outside of Canada:
We will tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed. If we ask you to complete a criminal record check, visit the RCMP website for instructions.

So if you are required to provide a RCMP, IRCC will contact you. Earlier this used to be the case for applicant later in the process. However, lately IRCC has integrated the FOSS check and GCMS check with the RCMP. So only in a situation they need your fingerprints, will they ask you for a RCMP PCC.

As pointed out by @ishq74 no need to worry, it this is the current trend.

But your notes, do not show anything out of the ordinary.
