Hi,

I have applied for student permit on the new portal and hope that my application will be processed faster. I have fully-funded PhD scholarship for Sept-22 intake, though I haven't attached anything else with my documents. I hope that it will work for me or do I need to submit more documents proving my ties to home country using web-form?

Should i apply using GCkey or portal ? which would get me aa quicker decision or more reliable?

please I have been calling IRCC Client number-18882422100 but it keep saying they are closed, does anyone know any number through which they can be reached because by now I expected they must have resume office

IRCC office hours are local time 8:00 to 4:00.
