I had applied for PR via express entry in 2017. I'm now settled in Canada (after taking a year to move) and recently mailed in my application for PR card renewal (citizenship will follow soon). I heard that the PR application can be linked to my account once I get the application number. I tried to login with my credentials from 2017 and it says that the GCkey is revoked. I did login via GCkey evey now and then just on a whim, but my guess is that it has atleast been like 2 years since I last tried. Does the GCkey get revoked due to inactivity? I can create a new GCkey but is there something like linking to the old profile? Can I create a new GCkey with my old username?
