GCKey Password and Security Question Forgot

Hello Sir, I have applied online for Study permit, But unfortunately I lost my GCKey Password and security Questions Answer, I also receive and new message in that account also. I sent an email to islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca, question@cic.gc.ca. and also try to link the application in new account could n't succeed. Plz Help Me...............
