GCKey I am getting mismatch

I login to my RICC account. When I try to link my spouse's application I get mismatch.

That can sometimes be a common issue (even if it is just you and your spouse, you need to type a family size of 2) or it could be that IRCC incorrectly entered data in the system. Double check all your information.

Do you have an application number from an acknowledgement of receipt?

City where you want to live. I do not know what my lawyer entered. I have only on applicant

I have UCI and application number. The acknowledgement of the receipt of my application letter the UCI has changed. When I am checkting the status of my appliction online the new UCI and the last name is working.

I have done all sorts of combinations non has worked. Number failed, Last name, First name and date of birth failed. I have tried all compinations.

If you have an immigration lawyer working for you, they may have linked the application to their account and you would not be able to link. Otherwise there are many threads on here with linking instructions. Failing all of that, you can try to call IRCC and describe the problem you are having.

Yes, I have a lawyer. That may be the reason. I even told that I am having problem with gckey. He did not answer Thanks.

If the lawyer has linked your application with their account, there is nothing IRCC can do. You would need to revoke the lawyer as your representative, which you may not want to do.
