sorry if this is a silly question but I don’t understand all this gckey linking business... I’ve created an account on the CIC website using the gckey option. Do I now have to wait until they send me AOR1 notification before anything comes up in my account??

It says “Did you apply on paper? You can check your application status online if you add (link) your paper application to your account. “

But I don’t know how I’m meant to link my paper application... will I get that I for when they send the AOR1?

You cannot link your application until you receive AOR. Your AOR email will include the information you need to link.
