Gave passport for stamping stuck in ircc and canada post, urgent travelling is there my mother surgery and trying to contanct ircc and canada post .

Would suggest trying to get an emergency travel document from your home country if you need to travel urgently. If at Canadapost they won’t do anything but tell you you’ll have to wait. If IRCC has your passport they may have difficulty tracking it down but they do seem to be sending passports using other couriers at the moment.
