Gap between Soft landing + good to follow formality (2017) and coming for settlement (2019)

Hi All,
We did our soft landing in Oct 2017 and at the same time we finished our "Goods to follow" formalities. We have the Casual Good Accounting document and Personal Effects Accounting document stamped in Oct 2017. We returned to our base country in Nov 2017

Questions :
1) Now we are moving to Toronto for good in June 2019. Our Cargo management has put forward a question - if our 2017 stamped documents will still hold good ? Do we have to go thru this process again and re-visit customs

2) We managed to sell/ give away some our stuff and the items that are coming in cargo are lesser than what we had declared in 2017. Would this make any difference ? If what what should we be doing now ?

Appreciate anyone's input here please.

1. No you don't need to do customs process again.
2. It's OK if you are bringing less items. No action required.
