My 6 months experience will complete in Sep but I guess I should wait until Feb 2025 to be able to get T4 and NOA

You can submit your payslips or PDOC and reference letter/s, Schedule 19B, . As long as you already have 6 months+ experience. If IRCC needs additional requirements from you, they will let you know.

Oh, if I can do so it's great, I'd read in the IRCC website that T4 and NOA are mandatory documents and the others are completing ones

It is acceptable, as T4 is mostly sent out by employers every February then after, CRA will send you yearly the NOA after they have evaluated your tax return.

I think you should be careful about this, because in this link:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/foreign-workers/provincial-nominees-permanent-resident-applicants/bridging-open-work-permits.html#toc6

Under New changes to the pilots it says "
  • clarify that applicants have only one opportunity to submit their proof of work experience to IRCC for a decision on their permanent residence application ".
If you don't provide T4 and NOA, you are putting yourself at unnecessary risk. (This is Just My Opinion.)

For 2024 you really cannot provide T4 and NOA. Because these wont be released until 2025. It is unrealistic to submit those documents at this time. This is for some who has already gained their 6 months plus experience starting this January 2024 inside Canada. Sure, I am very aware of the requirements written on the IRCC page for Caregivers.

Thank you for your opinion
