future in toronto for bsc nursing pass out, please suggest

my cousin sister has finished her bsc nursing from punjab.
she is willing to go for higher studies in toronto ?
what's your suggestion

Nursing is a well paid career stream... but she will have to finish nursing credentials in canada i suppose. It probably wont be cheap or easy. I think there's a lot of competition to get into nursing schools but they may have international students quota. But again, it wont be cheap.
