Future employement letter.....

Hi friends,
One of friend running construction company told tht he will give me offer letter related to my present course as Project Manager...Why I taking this offer letter that I want to show visa officer that I will return to India after my one year PG course in Project Management....So how to prepare my offer letter....I will offer this person this post in this company after completing 1 year course in Canada or prepare simple offer letter that every one getting.....I actually don't know how to prepare matter of offer after 1 year course...becoz i didn't get any future offer letter saying something.....can you pls suggest me ur good opinion....

write it simply and not too complicated .This person named as _______ to going to canada for ______ course.Upon completion of his studies in canada we would be offering him _____ job at ours institute. ( write the requirements of that job and the relevance of this course with that particular job and also write how does he came in contact with u .You are a valuable asset to that organisation etc)

I don't think a future offer letter that you are asking would convince the visa officer very much for ties back in your home country, rather try to show a letter from your present employer stating the same.

I'd prefer a letter from present employer stating that my employer is granting me a leave (without pay) of no. of months/ weeks for my commencing higher education. The letter would describe how my employer expects me to be well equipped with knowledge in the relevant sector and how would their company be benefited from my higher education.

I have one more doubt will visa officer review my previous submitted documents with this new submitting one.....Because I already submit visa and got rejected statement is I am not leave Canada.....So this time I am submitting same documents with slight change in last job leaving date...

If you ask my opinion, I’d tell you not to make changes. It is logical that they would look into your previous files and as far as i m concerned, they maintain profiles for future references.

Try adding additional documents rather than to modify existing. Switching to a New job, Properties, a good SOP would make your profile stronger i believe.

One more question....I resigned from my last company on May end..at that time I didn't show I am working in new company from Jun onwards..Then I applied visa on Jun. that one is rejected....So I am going to apply visa for this July....So can i show my 1 plus month work experience or offer letter and their recommendation letter for visa.....Is visa officer call company to get my more information........

Yes, you can show your new experience, but make sure that you include:

The letter of appointment stating your designation, working hours and salaries/ other benefits.
Salary statement/ pay sleeps/ salary certificate.
An experience letter from the employer and two more recommendation letters from your colleagues would be perfect.

Although I don't hear from sources that visa officer/ authorized person made queries regarding the authenticity of documents, it is suggested that you make good arrangement to support your documents later on.

It is more likely that you would be called for an interview to explain questions if the visa officer wants to clarify.
