further clarification from quebec WHY

I move to new country and have applied form CSQ from another country. however, last month I got my CSQ. Last week I email Quebec about change of address and they reply to call them and they need further clarification

Any advice?

Why do you want to change your address with Quebec? Didn't you get enough stress getting the CSQ? GO AHEAD AND APPLY FOR FEDERAL MENTIONING YOUR NEW ADDRESS ON THE FED APPLICATION. AS SIMPLE AS THAT.

In federal application they ask for 10 years record. So I thought that I should inform quebec for Change of address

Don't do that. MIDI is concerned about Address Changes while your CSQ is being processed. Once you have CSQ in hand you do not need to tell MIDI.
