Funds requirement for FSW - working with closed work permit

Hi , i have been working in Canada since 2013 and i have completed 2 years of work experience here . When i created my online profile for express entry , i mentioned i would have about 10000 CAD as funds for me and my wife . I got invited last week ( 02-Oct-2015 ) under FSW even though i was qualified under both FSW and CEC. I read on the cic site that if you are invited under CEC, u r not expected to show any funds and if u r invited under FSW , u need to follow the LICO table which shows that i should be having about 15000 CAD on my bank account and that it should be available over the past 6 months m average balance and it should be cash and i cannot borrow this money from anyone else as well .

Could someone clarify if we could just show 10000 CAD on my account and explain them that i have a job here and i am getting paid here and i am able to support myself and my wife in canada for the past 2 years ?

My friends have mentioned 0 dollars on the express entry profile and they have been invited under CEC and as part of that they dont have to show any funds ..

Would it make sense to create another profile now and mention 0 dollars and wait for the next invite . once i get invited under CEC , i can then decline the first invite which was under FSW and then apply the second one ?

You were invited with the funds of 10000 dollar than why don you have to show 15000 dolllars..Since you are in closed work permit,normal bank letter with 10000 dollars is fine..The website says that if you are currently working in canada or authorize to work, and have a valid job offer,you dont have to show these funds...forget the table..read the sentences on the page of cic..search for funds requirement for fsw..

valid job offer would mean you have a valid LMIA and my job is LMIA excempt . the only way you would get invited under CEC is either mentioning 0 dollars or else it is purely random .

i can show the bank statement when i receive the invitation , but for me to receive an invitation under CEC i would have to mention 0 dollars and get qualified only under CEC .
